* Note: Other charges may apply. Customization work of client software including: Outlook mailboxes, calendars, contacts, and tasks, backup / restore, is billable. 12 month contract rates shown. 24 & 36 month contract rates available for some services. All Contract Services require Customer Credit Card for billing. Contract rates include early termination charges. Customer is responsible for providing high speed Internet connection to each device, Internet Accessible Windows PC with ActiveSync (or Vista/Windows 7), and administrative support. Some Support configurations may require customer to purchase and install additional network services, hardware, and / or software. File Transfer times are affected by network speeds and performance. Wi-Fi connection performance preferred for some SmartPhone support activity.
** Firmware upgrades are
extremely sensitive and cannot (should not) be performed via wireless connections. The
iPhone / iPad / Android / Windows Mobile SmartPhone must (should) be docked via USB interface to a remote controlled PC running Windows
7. ROM firmware upgrades normally require a hard reset of the
SmartPhone, resulting in complete loss of all stored data and loaded
programs. (factory reset). A complete inventory of all programs loaded and
any configuration data, should be preformed and documented before the
firmware upgrade is attempted. Firmware upgrades that fail and are not
recoverable, may require that the device be returned to the manufacture for
repair at customer expense. (1) Make sure the AC power cord is fully plugged
into the SmartPhone cradle or USB sync cable. (2) Verify that the device's
charger is plugged into an AC outlet. (3) Check that your power outlet is
fully operational. (4) The charge indicator of the SmartPhone should be on.
